- Indicaciones terapéuticas
- El oxaliplatino en combinación con 5-fluorouracilo (5-FU) y ácido folínico (AF) está indicado para:
- Tratamiento adyuvante del cáncer de colon estadío III (Duke’s C) tras resección completa del tumor primario
- Tratamiento del cáncer colorrectal metastásico.
- El oxaliplatino en combinación con 5-fluorouracilo (5-FU) y ácido folínico (AF) está indicado para:

Código ATC: L01XA 03- El oxaliplatino es un fármaco antineoplásico perteneciente a una clase nueva de compuestos de platino en los que el átomo de platino está formando un complejo con un 1,2-diaminociclohexano (DACH) y un grupo oxalato.
- El oxaliplatino es un enantiómero único, (SP-4-2)-[(1R,2R)-Ciclohexano-1,2-diamino-kN, kN'] [etanodioato(2-)-kO1, kO2] platino.
